I           PROGRAM

  • Training on Concept 2 Rowing machines. Our workouts are designed to improve your endurance and help you loose weight faster by using the combination of Cross Training and CORE!
  • OUR MUSIC IS SO MOTIVATIONAL!!  TECHNO, DANCE, RAP, SALSA, DISCO, 80's
  • CORE Training to strengthen lower back and ABS. This training program will improve your posture and reduce lower back injuries. A major plus is, you get a six pack.
  • Stretching: Specific flexibility exercises to improve muscle growth and reduce injuries
  • Weight Lifting: Using Cross Training and the combination of Cardio Rowing you will improve your strength and tone your body.

 

The schedule for 2010 Winter will be: 

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 to 6:45pm

  • Great studio with A/C, heating and exposed brick studio
  • 15 Stepping boards

IV  COST:

You can join the Rowing Place one of the following ways:

  • Join our 4 day a week class for $ 385.00 for 3 months that is about $ 8.00 a classs

  • Join The Rowing Place for 2 days a week for $ 190.00 for 3 months

  • Busy with your schedule, buy the 10 session workout: $ 90.00*
