I           PROGRAM

  • Training on Concept 2 Rowing machines. Our workouts are designed to improve your endurance and help you loose weight faster by using the combination of Cross Training and CORE!
  • OUR MUSIC IS SO MOTIVATIONAL!!  TECHNO, DANCE, RAP, SALSA, DISCO, 80's
  • CORE Training to strengthen lower back and ABS. This training program will improve your posture and reduce lower back injuries. A major plus is, you get a six pack. This year we are using balls and ab rollers!
  • Stretching: Specific flexibility exercises to improve muscle growth and reduce injuries
  • Weight Lifting: Using Cross Training and the combination of Cardio Rowing, weights and bands you will improve your strength and tone your body.

 

Schedule for 2011 Winter will be: 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6-7:15pm  

Saturday 8-9:15am

You can join the Rowing Place one of the following ways:

  • Join our 4 day a week class for $ 395.00 for 3 months that is about $ 8.00 a classs

  • Join The Rowing Place for 2 days a week for $ 200.00 for 3 months

  • Busy with your schedule, buy the 10 class pass: $ 99.00 *
