I am a 49y/o female who
learned to row one year ago through No limits Rowing.
My goal was to add more cross training into my personal
fitness regime. This was followed up with the Indoor
Rowing Studio classes 4 x per week through the winter. Little
did I realize the physical benefits that would be gained
on may levels.
The obvious was shedding
some unwanted pounds thru intense cardio workouts combined
with weight training and core strengthening. Additionally my
overall body strength has increased and my endurance and
stamina levels are greater then I can ever recall. Runs
have become longer and stronger with less fatigue
and minimal effort.
For myself, rowing has exceeded
my original expectations and has added to my physical
investment for staying fit for many years to come.
