Does the camp cost include airfare?
No, you are responsible for buying your air tickets and make arrangements to arrive into Mexico
City. We recommend that you reserve with time, specially on this times of
high price tickets.
What should I bring with to the camp?
Always bring the following items: Towels, cleaning products like shampoos, soap, and other
personal health and care products.
Does the camp include tips?
No, tips are not included. The waiters at Club Espana work to provide you the best service and
campers always get together to provide a gratuity to them. We recommend
that you tip $ 15.00 dollars per day per camper and you can give us the
tip money and we will distribute it. Also when campers go to restaurants in
the city, gratuity is 15%.
What documents should I bring?
Immigration authorities in Mexico will require a passport.
Does transportation includes gas for the Van?
We provide the Van that will transport the campers from
the airport to the club, Pyramids tours, Museums and back to the airport. We
ask campers to plan for $ 15.00 for gas.
How is the food prepared at the restaurant, I have heard Mexican food
is hot?
Food is prepared mild and the Club Chef always asks campers how they want their meal.
What is the weather like in Mexico City?
Mexico City is almost 8000 Ft above sea level and the weather is in the 50's early in the morning
and it goes up to the 90's in the afternoon. Always bring a sweatshirt or jacket in case
temperatures go down. Club Espana does not have Air Conditioning.
What kind of clothing should I bring?
Rowing clothes for sure, however in the mornings the temperature is the upper 40's and goes up
to the 90's in the afternoon, so come prepared for mild to hot weather. The pyramids tour will
require you to bring clothes for hot weather.
You are a addicted to Coffee?
If you need to have your early cup of coffee the club will
offer coffee until breakfast time, so if you have a preferred blend you may
bring it to the club.
